How ironic: a fifth-generation baker who is no longer allowed to eat his own products. A baker who skims the store in search of gluten-free bread. In the meantime everything is back in order and he can eat gluten again. But in that search process he came to the conclusion that there are hardly any products that are just as tasty and qualitative as the gluten version. That is why Bruno saw it as his mission to make delicious bread for celiac patients. This is how My Glutenfree Baker, a supplier of high-quality and delicious gluten-free bread and other bakery products, was created.
